Information we collect

When you contact us or place an order, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order or rental details. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfill and ship orders and rentals, provide order and shipping updates, and improve our website and service.

Live chat

If you use the chat on our website, we collect your name and email, your messages and any photos you send, and a phone number and best time if you ask us to call you. To help us answer, we also see the page you were on, what's in your cart (including rental dates), and the kind of device and browser you're using. Chats are read only by the people who run the shop. If no one has opened your message after a few minutes, a copy is emailed to us. If you haven't read our reply, we email it to you with a link back to the chat. Your browser remembers your chat so you can pick it up later on that device. We keep chat conversations so we can follow up on quotes, orders and rentals, and we'll delete a conversation and its photos whenever you ask.

Service providers we share with

We share information only as needed to run the business: for example, with Stripe to process payments, with our shipping partners to fulfill and track deliveries, with Google Firebase, which hosts our website and stores order and chat information, and with Resend, which sends our emails. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

We use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. You can control tracking through your browser and device settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we're required to keep. Contact us any time with privacy questions or requests.
