Return & Damage Policy
Because every shell is handcrafted to order, our piano shells and all accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We want you to love your shell — if you have any questions before ordering, please reach out and we'll help you get it right.
Damaged in shipping?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can help with an insurance claim. Please include:
- Photos of the damage and the shipping box
- Your order details
Keep the damaged item and box together until they can be inspected by a claim inspector. If a claim is rejected because of a delay or because the item and packaging weren't kept together, a replacement would need to be re-purchased.
