RETURN AND DAMAGE POLICY

Our piano shells and all accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will handle the situation accordingly. Photos of damage and box will be needed for any claims. Any damaged piano shells that are not communicated within 3 business days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund. We must work with the insurance company to claim damage and we require you work with their requirements or we will not be liable for a refund on shipping or returns. Insurance claims will require you keep the damaged item and box together until inspected by a claim inspector. Failure to comply will force a rejection by insurance claim and will be forced to be not eligible for a refund on shipping.

If the insurance claim is rejected due to customer’s failure to comply or delay in reporting the damage, any subsequent shipments to replace your items will need to be purchased by customer.
