2. Get an estimate in your email or over the phone.

3. Pay your invoice and sign your rental contract all digitally.

4. Mark your calendar for rental day and try to contain the excitement!

Our piano shells rental prices are based on a 4-day week.

Day 1: $100
Day 2, 3 and 4: $50/each
Day 5: Go back to Day 1 pricing.

✨Renting for 5 days or more? We take 15% off your total, not including cartage.

Our Rental Piano Shells are stored 15 minutes north of Nashville, TN in Goodlettsville. We typically serve the Greater Nashville Area.

If you need a rental shipped, you will need to pay for freight both ways. This is typically ± $1k.

Our Upright Shells are each unique and made from real pianos, so max keyboard size that fits each one varies. You are ultimately responsible for confirming your keyboard will fit.

We offer cartage to the Greater Nashville area with an additional charge and upon our availability. There is a minimum of $100 for cartage for our Upright Shells and a minimum of $80 cartage for our MINI Shells.

If you need cartage, please let us know the drop off and pick up location as soon as possible and we will give an estimate, discuss details and our availability.

Our Rental Upright Shells have an ATA Road Case they MUST travel with. We require enclosed transportation when transporting. You can find the dimensions of their road cases on the information section for each Upright Shell.

If you arrive to pick up the piano shell without adequate transportation outlined in the contract, you will not be able to take the piano shell and you are still liable for the rental cost.
